BookmarkThe spindle is bolted to a bench and connected to a single or three phase motor using a pulley and belt.
The spindle is supplied with a 2 3 4 5 A section Pulley, allowing varied speed
selection, each end of the spindle is threaded in two steps, (1/2 and 5/8), wire wheels
or other abrasive wheels can be attached and clamp between the flanges, A 1/2 hand chuck
and tapered polishing mop spindle also supplied.
The 1/2 hand chuck is very useful for small polishing mop and dental felt or abrasive
work.
Spindle Spec
1 x 1 inch diameter steel spindle threaded 1/2 inch and 5/8
2 x 1 inch plumber blocks extended inner race and grub screwed.
1 x 2,3,4,5 a section pulley, bored and grubscrewed
4 x 2 1/4 flanges 5/8 bored.
1 x 1/2 tapered polishing spindle, (pigtail),
2 x 5/8 nuts L/h and R/h threaded,
1 X 1/2 Hand chuck
